Retirement Benefits
Employees are eligible to enroll in a 401K plan after one month of employment. Enrollment is offered twice annually on January 1 and July 1. ExtendMed matches 50% of employee contributions up to 6% of gross salary.

What is the neighborhood like?
Our office is located in downtown Evanston close to the Northwestern University campus. The neighborhood has dozens of unique restaurants, plenty of stores, and is a short walk from Lake Michigan.
Is there public transportation?
Our office is one block away from the Davis Street purple line and metra Union Pacific North Line station. There also several PACE and CTA bus stops nearby.
What is the dress code?
We want our staff to feel comfortable, so our dress code is casual.
